All our packages are shipped by Royal Mail.

Flat Rate - £4.25 standard first class – 3-5 Days

Premium - £6.95 first class signed -  2-3 Days

Express - £9.25 guaranteed before 1pm next day delivery (order before midday)

UK & europe: 1-2 working days

USA: 2-3 working days

rest of world: 3-5 working days

Timings are based on average transit times from the date of dispatch. orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. 

You will receive an email when your order is on it's way. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you are delighted with your Guillotine purchase, however if you are not just return it to us in it's original and unworn condition together with all original paperwork and receipts within 14 days of delivery. We are happy to offer complimentary returns, a returns form would have been included in your order. Please follow the below instructions to return your order.

Once we have received your return, you will receive email confirmation from us.

Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us. We recommend that you send your returns using a tracked and signed-for service and you retain proof of postage.

Please note that for items bought in Guillotine stores, goods may only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Items purchased through our stockists are subject to the returns policy of the individual stores.

We refund the purchase price to the original payment method.

Sale items and discounted items may be returned but only for an exchange or credit note: a refund cannot be given.

All orders must be returned with original packaging for full refund of the purchase price.
